Project Process
What is the project process?
We visit the job and provide a free estimation. We can usually provide an estimate immediately. We can provide a complete package including parts and materials. Alternatively, the parts can be supplied by the customer.
We provide a call-out service based on a call-out charge. Please note that that higher rates apply for after hours and weekend work.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
From 8am to 8pm, as per agreement.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
As per agreement with the client.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?

Aftercare
